Deliveries to Skopje are made every day of the week.
Orders placed by 6:00 PM, according to the selected delivery interval, can be delivered the same day, and orders placed after 6:00 PM are delivered the next day at the earliest.
We do not ship outside of Skopje to maintain quality. In case of an incorrect recipient phone number, delivery will not be made. The cost of delivery to certain municipalities is included in the price of the product. The dedication card is included in the price of the product.

Refunds may be made in the following circumstances:

– In case of incorrect payment. – If an incorrect payment or order is made, the customer is obliged to immediately submit a request for a refund of the info@cvekarasilva.mkIf it is not delivered within 2 hours after payment is made for an order, it will be considered valid.
