You can make a purchase through our website from any part of the world, but we can only deliver to the territory of the city of Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.

All products will be delivered to the delivery address that you must provide when creating the order.

You can also surprise your loved ones and request delivery to their address, specifying their address as the delivery address.

The cost of delivery to the territory of the Republic of Macedonia for certain products is included in the price and is indicated when purchasing the products, i.e. it is most often realized through our own delivery.

We deliver from Monday to Sunday.

The product is delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer.

If the product is delivered damaged, or a specific product is missing from the order, the buyer should inform us immediately, so that we can take measures to eliminate the unintentional error. In this case, the costs of replacing the product will not be borne by the buyer.

Delivery Regulations

  1. Delivery is carried out at certain intervals, pre-determined and marked by the buyer.
  2. Orders placed by 6:00 PM, according to the selected delivery interval, can be delivered the same day, and orders placed after 6:00 PM are delivered the next day at the earliest.
  3. We do not ship outside of Skopje to maintain quality. In case of an incorrect recipient phone number, delivery will not be made. The cost of delivery to certain municipalities is included in the price of the product. The dedication card is included in the price of the product.
  4. Orders over 3,000.00 denars are exempt from delivery costs within the territory of the city of Skopje.
  5. The settlement in the delivery address must match the delivery settlement selection option.
